General terms and Conditions
These terms regulate all users of all content of the domain bellaballou.com. The Terms & Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with BELLA BALLOU.
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms & Conditions.
We recommend that you check this page regularly to be updated of any changes we may have made in the terms and conditions.
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, except if due to maintenance work.
In order to place and order at Bellaballou.com you must be at least 18 years old.
We only accept orders from private customers – if you are a retailer and want to sell our products, please contact email@example.com
No binding purchase agreement between you and BELLA BALLOU has been made before you receive an order confirmation from BELLA BALLOU.
We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.
A purchase may be declined in case of one of the following situations, without Bella Ballou being responsible for any damages or costs. You will be contacted by email in such case, in order to try and resolve the issue and we will repay any payments made to us without deduction:
- We strive to have all listed products in stock, but in the event that the ordered product is out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. In this case, no payment will be deducted from your account.
- We have reason to believe that you are not 18 of age.
- Your payment information is incorrect, not verifiable or your credit evaluation is not approved.
- It is not possible to deliver to the address stated by you.
- If we detect unintended errors on the website that affect your order, such as wrong prices, incorrect inventory, payment errors etc.
- If we suspect an order to be placed for the purpose of cheating, deceiving or otherwise being a criminal act.
The prices and offers displayed on the website are valid at the time they occur. Pricing errors, spelling mistakes etc. can occur. We will verify prices as part of our confirmation procedure.
If the correct price is less than our stated price, the smaller amount will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will try to contact you. If we cannot contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by email.
Payment and Prices
We accept card payments by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.
The full amount will be charged on the date of shipment.
When you click "Pay", you are bound by your order and you will receive an automated mail confirming we have received your order. However, your order is not valid until you receive an email with order confirmation.
If the automated mail or order confirmation contains errors, please feel free to contact us so we can resolve the error.
If your country is part of EU, prices include Danish VAT of 25%.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
BELLA BALLOU ships your package Delivered Duty Unpaid, which means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Pls contact your local customs office for further information.
All prices displayed on the website apply at the time of purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have accepted. We endeavour to avoid errors, but pricing errors, spelling mistakes etc. can occur from time to time.
Exchange and refunds
All goods purchased at www.bellaballou.com are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and thereby the two-year right of complaint. Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint. Your bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
The items you wish to return must have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 30 days after you have received our order.
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of products, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. BELLA BALLOU cannot accept returns where labels have been removed, package is damaged or product is crinkled, stained or used.
You are responsible for the shipping of the returned items back to BELLA BALLOU and items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges within EU on returned products are paid by BELLA BALLOU, but only in the case where the return has been approved and you have received a return label by mail from our firstname.lastname@example.org. If you ship without contacting our customerservice, shipping costs will not be on our account.
Refunds of returned products will be made to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the return of the product. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded and neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type/colour of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within 30 days following delivery.
Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in BELLA BALLOU's instruction. Products cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our retailers. Please note that products bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, except around Christmas, where expedition time will be longer as the company is closed for the holidays. These orders will be shipped first working day after New Year.
All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking no. for the package.
An order that has been submitted on a Danish public holiday will be processed the next working day following the public holiday, except around Christmas. Orders placed on December 22nd 2017 and until January 1st 2018 will be processed January 2nd 2018.
Country of delivery: Denmark.
All orders in Denmark will be shipped with GLS. All other orders within the EU are shipped with GLS.
Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for at receipt, except if another option is provided by the courier.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to PO boxes.
If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the event of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each parcel. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
Shipping costs are subject to where the package will be shipped.
Denmark and rest of EU
Free Shipping on orders above €40
Shipping cost for orders below €39,99 will be €10.
Rest of Europe
Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro
Free Shipping on orders above €100
Shipping cost for orders below €99,99 will be €20.
Rest of the World
Free Shipping on orders above €150
Shipping cost for orders below €149,99 will be €40.
Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses - not to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.

If you have a complaint regarding your purchase, you are welcome to contact us via the CONTACT US page.
You also have the option to submit a complaint via:
- The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Center for Complaint Resolutions, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a complain to the Center for Complaint Resolutions via www.forbrug.dk or
- The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint through the EU ODR portal you will need to enter our e-mail address email@example.com
In case of Force Majeure, BELLA BALLOU's obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and BELLA BALLOU can in such case be partially or fully terminated by either yourself or by BELLA BALLOU. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
